About the event

Zumba® + Lift is a dynamic workout that combines the fun, high-energy dance cardio of Zumba with strength training using dumbbells and/or resistance bands. This class helps you burn calories, build muscle, and sculpt your body — all while moving to great music in a supportive, upbeat environment.
